Ordering of stand furniture should be made direct to Euro Mine Expo as soon as possible. If you have a booth with a fascia, please write your correct exhibitor name/fascia text on the furniture order form.

Note: Orders made later than 14 days prior the event are subject to additional 25% late charge.
Electricity and electrical installation, and computer connection
The organisers are responsible for the general lighting of the exhibition area. The main electricity supply is 220V. A free wireless internet connection is available in the Trade Fair area.
Delivery of goods
Delivery of goods to the venue can be made from week 22, 2010.
Please mark all deliveries clearly with Euro Mine Expo 2010 and your company name/stand number. All pre-sent materials will be delivered to your stand at arrival.
