All participants and exhibitors must register in advance.

One full registration per company is included in the stand reservation.

Technical arrangements
Electricity and electrical installation, and computer connection.
The organisers are responsible for the general lighting of the exhibition area. The main electricity supply is 220V. One electrical outlet is included in the booth stand price.

Dismantling must not begin before the closing of the Trade Fair & Conference at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 10. All exhibitor goods and structures must be removed from the Trade Fair & Conference area by 16:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, at the latest. The exhibition space must be left in the same condition as when it was placed at the exhibitor's disposal.

Delivery of goods
Delivery of goods to the venue can be made from week 22, 2010.
Please mark all deliveries clearly with Euro Mine Expo 2010 and your company name/stand number. All pre-sent materials will be delivered to your stand at arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing to Euro Mine Expo (see Contact). The registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before April 1, 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 500 SEK will be deducted from all refunds. |
